Do you require proof of vaccination?

Per Florida state law, all dogs, cats and ferrets are required to be vaccinated against rabies at the age of four months or older. Paw Time Pet Sitting does require proof of a current Rabies vaccination prior to conducting services.

Can I meet you before services begin?

Yes, Paw Time Pet Sitting offers a complimentary in-home meet and greet prior to beginning services. This initial meeting allows us to meet you and your pets. A meet and greet helps us understand your needs, answer any questions, and ensures complete alignment before moving forward with services. You can schedule a meet and greet by calling us at (407) 576-0650 or emailing us at katie@pawtimepetsitting.com. You can also login to the Time to Pet portal on the homepage, or download the Time to Pet app on your mobile device. You will need to register an account.

Who will be providing care for my pets?

The initial meet and greet will be carried out by Katie Loudermilk, owner, and may include an additional staff member that is available. Please note that all additional staff members are hired based on knowledge, experience and background.

What do you do with my house key?

Your house key(s) are tagged and tracked by your pet’s name and does not include any private information on the key tag. The number of keys issued to Katie are tracked via the Time to Pet portal in your client profile.

Are you insured?

Yes, Paw Time Pet Sitting is bonded and insured through PCI (Pet Care Insurance). Proof of insurance can be provided upon request. Please note that Paw Time Pet Sitting is a Limited Liability Corporation.

Do you have experience giving medication to pets?

Yes, Katie Loudermilk, owner, has extensive experience giving oral medication (pills, tablets, capsules), liquid medication including reconstituted medication, topical and transdermal medication, and subcutaneous medication such as insulin and fluid therapy.

Do you provide services outside your service area?

Yes, we do provide services outside our listed service areas but that is decided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
